Does Internationalisation Improve Organisational Performance? A Study on Higher Education Institutions in Indonesia
All actors taking part in the rapidly changing social, technological, economic and political forces shaping the world must adapt and adapting to globalisation is displayed by what is called internationalisation. While internationalisation have been studied by many, no research was found
on impacts of internationalisation to organisational performance focusing on higher education institutions in Indonesia. Through desk research of existing theories and personal communication conducted from 2012–2013, this research note is hoped to contribute to the discussion of internationalisation
and its benefits to higher education institutions in Indonesia.
