The Impact of Enterprise Resource Planning Success in Indonesia Company

Business environment is challenge by competitive by each company capability. To face this challenge the company using technology to face it. One of the technologies is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). ERP are business applications that weave together all the data within an organization's business processes and associated functional areas. The motivation of this research is to find out the impact of ERP Success in the company that already adopted this technology. By using several recent studies from Refs. [1–3], the research model is developed. From 150 respondents, there're 76% respondents are from Multinational Corporate and the rest from National Corporate. Based on the analysis by using WarpPLS, there are 27% contribution for system quality, 24% contribution for information quality, 74% contribution for individual impact and 72% contribution for organizational impact. From this result can be concluded that the company that adopted this system having significant impact to their business environment. Although this study can describe several explanation, but still have limitation like the total of respondents and response rate.
