In order to solve the problem of the threshold voltage drop in Dickson charge pump, the CTS charge pump is proposed. However, a Dickson charge pump is still required for precharge in most CTS charge pump, which consumes chip area and power. In this paper, we propose a new prechage structure with fewer transistors but can get a higher precharge voltage at each boost capacitors. This structure makes use of the Voltage Control transistors with triple-well technology to set the initial voltage of capacitor.
