Non-local distribution theory of time resource allows to deal with the distributed time potentials, and incorporate its dynamic adjustment mechanism of parts and whole of activities as well as uncertainty into scheduling. The elastic network scheduling method is derived from the temporal potentials, and will be applied to a simple case to show distinct characteristics compared to the classical network method CPM.
