Companies are required to reconfigure their strategic driving forces to adapt to changes in the external environment. But the reconfigured thrust often becomes a “drag" on subsequent changes in the external environment. In this paper, we attempt to analyze the dynamic aspects of corporate behavior using the concepts of reinforce and balancing loops in systems thinking proposed by P. Senge. Furthermore, it is described that the concept of a dynamic equilibrium system is useful for realizing flexible strategic driving forces.
