Compared with developed countries, Japan has not made much progress on DX. We will examine the structural factors behind this and explain that the employment of Asian human resources as highly skilled professionals is an opportunity to promote DX. We propose that this will promote the evolution of Japanese-style management and serve as a way to respond to economic globalization.
