In this paper, we estimate the fractal dimension of the model (Koch curve and Sierpinsky gasket) which have self-similarity, with the modified method which can reduce the estimation errors due to the location of the objects. And as an application of this estimation to the MRI, we evaluate the complexity of brain contour properties.
