緒言
先天性側頸瘻に関しては，従来多数の症例並びに手術方法に就ての発表がなされている。即ち，本邦に於ては大正7年大野が報告した頸腮瘻の1例に始まり，昭和30年8月藤田の報告に至る迄，内外あわせれば100例以上を数える。
然しながら，之が両側性に見られた例は極めて稀で，我々が調査した範囲では川野（昭15）及び仁瓶（昭26）の報告による2例にとどまるのみである。
Terayama and associates report a case of fistula of pre-auricular region that appeared to be congenital in origin. The patient is a girl aged 8. Three other siblings of the family wich included the mother are found to be simi-larly affected. The father alone was found to be free from this type of lesion.
