　精巣の類表皮嚢胞の2例を経験した。症例1,19歳，主訴：左精巣腫瘤。手術は左精巣部分切除術を行った。腫瘤はO．7×O．8cmであった。症例2,14歳，主訴：排尿困難。偶然に右精巣に腫瘤を触知した。腫瘍マーカーはすべて正常，超音波断層画像診断では腫瘤は低エコーであったが辺縁が不規則であり，悪性腫瘍を否定できず，手術は左高位精巣摘除術を行った。腫瘍は0.5×O．5cmで病理診断は両者とも類表皮嚢胞であった。

We report 2 cases of simple epidermoid cyst. A 19 year-old male under went excision of the tumor of left testis. A 14 year-old boy who was incidentaly pointed out right testicular tumor in testicular exploration underwent radical inguinal orchiectomy, because malignant tumor was undeniable. Ultrasonographic appear-ance was not specific for a pre-operative diagnosis. Histological examination of the tumors indicated epidermoid cyst.
