Analysis and Research of Communication Abnormalities of Remote Data Collectors

Published:03 May 2024Publication History

ABSTRACT

The remote data acquisition system is an airborne electronic device that collects and synthesizes the signals from the aircraft sensor layer, uploads them to the display system, and receives instructions from the display system. The remote data collection system includes two remote data collectors, and information is transmitted between the two through RS422. This article mainly analyzes and studies the troubleshooting and positioning of communication abnormalities in remote data collectors, as well as the analysis of fault mechanisms. By improving the logic and successfully solving the problems, it is finally proven that this method can eliminate manufacturing differences or board level interference in semiconductor devices, and provide safety guarantees for the normal operation of remote data collection systems.
