Study On Environmental Friendly Delay Type Fuel Tank Transfer Valve

Published:03 May 2024Publication History

ABSTRACT

The changeover valve of automobile fuel tank is an important component of automobile fuel system. At present, there are two common types in the market: manual mechanical structure and motor piston structure. The advantage of manual structure is fast switching speed and quick response, but the changeover is inconvenient and not timely. The piston-type switching of the motor is convenient, but there are also problems that the motor is prone to heating and sticking, and there is oil leakage or oil string phenomenon in the O-ring seal. This paper studies and develops a high-performance fuel tank transfer valve for commercial vehicles, which adopts ball valve sealing structure, high-speed DC motor and single-chip microcomputer control circuit to improve the mechanical structure sealing performance, motor control performance, intelligent control circuit delay function and reduce the weight of the product.
