Published:06 May 2024Publication History

ABSTRACT

With the arrival of the new retail era, market competition has become increasingly fierce. The new retail era requires enterprises to have better service capabilities, and how to provide consumers with better experiences has become a key issue that enterprises need to pay attention to in their transformation and development. The article proposed a new retail marketing service system design scheme based on cloud data, which integrated and managed data information using cloud data technology. Through personalized marketing services, the consumer awareness and favorability towards products are enhanced, thereby enabling enterprises to gain more market share and achieve economic and social benefits. The results showed that the processing efficiency of the new retail marketing service system based on cloud data reached up to 92.5%. After putting the system into practical use, it has also achieved a good response, which can effectively enhance the market competitiveness of the using enterprise.
