ABSTRACT
Blades are parts of aero-engines with complex surfaces, large dimensional spans, harsh forces and the largest load. The geometry and size of the blade determine the working performance of the blade, and the surface quality of the blade has a great influence on the secondary flow loss of the engine, which directly affects its energy conversion efficiency. Therefore, in the inspection of engine parts, the detection of blade profiles is of great significance. Aiming at the problem of aircraft engine blade measurement, this paper introduces several main methods of current blade measurement, and takes an aviation blade part as an example to propose a method to improve the repeatability of the coordinate system in measurement, and verifies the method through practical tests, which proves the effectiveness and practicality of the method.
