ABSTRACT

Considering the problems in current college students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program's supervisory system, which includes low efficiency, the lack of process management, the absence of effective supervision and data decentralization, and low utilization, this article proposes a new project management system that provides a whole life cycle management for college students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program. It will link the process of project from application to conclusion organically as a whole, aiming to help students have a clearer and deeper understanding of the process of their own projects, in addition to promote project quality and achieve efficient management of the whole project cycle.
