ABSTRACT
Resource allocation management is the key issue of the integrated network of VLC and WiFi. In this paper, we discussed the existing resource allocation algorithms, and proposed a novel resource allocation algorithm based on the proportional fairness (PF) algorithm, which improved the ability of users to obtain resources in different regions and enhanced the utilization rate of resources. Finally, the algorithm is analyzed to verify its effectiveness and operability.
