Design and Analysis for Multi-functional Drying Machine with Umbrella Frame

ABSTRACT

Intelligent technology is playing a more important role to our daily life. Applying of new technology to clothes drying machine attracts great interest. An intelligent clothes drying machine with environmental data monitoring and human-machine interaction is innovatively designed, which will be good accessibility. The structure includes an umbrella frame used to hang clothes, and a 12-bars space linkage mechanism, which can realize stretching and shrinking of clothes hanger and clamping of clothes fixation t. Based on the remote control system an electric actuator can intelligently control 20 clothes-drying racks, and the lifting and lowering of the whole clothes-drying platform was realized by using a fixed set of pulleys. The multifunctional clothes drying machine has the advantages of reliability, high space utilization ratio, distinguishing for dry and wet clothes, high intelligence, etc. which can solve the problems such as the narrow space, long drying time.
