ABSTRACT
The research aims to design the error correction method of a TIADC system in the digital signal processing module based on a 20GSPS communication signal acquisition system. It studies the origin of error in TIADC system, analyzes the error model of the TIADC system and proposes the method for estimating TIADC errors based on FFT spectrum analysis which estimates three types of errors (i.e. offset, gain and time errors) by combining sine fitting and FFT spectrum analysis. Then offset, gain and time errors are corrected by combining analogue correction and digital post-correction.
