Abstract
Simulation to many outside our field is the 'tool of last resort,' when all else fails ...... To many in the simulation field, we are conent in our modeling and simulation techniques primarily because, through experience, we have found that they work, at least most of the time. On the other hand, many computer scientist has looked askance at simulation since it is not a true hard science discipline; consider, for example, the many papers in which simulation is still considered an art.
