In this organized session, 10 presentations were provided by the member of S-17, managed by the Environment Research and Technology Development Fund, ERCA. First half of the presentation were relevant to the overall research framework and its key issue identifications and second half of the presentations were substantial case studies including issues on selection procedure of representative cases and substance, risk and option evaluation case studies, design principle of recovery and resilient phase after disaster and preliminary comparative analysis among local government capacities. In addition to the points of these presentations, some main point of arguments were summarized.
