Abstract

The methods and materials use: I in this experiment were just the same as those described in the report I.
The experiment led to the following results:
1. Ionic and anionic surface active agents having sulfonic groups (K-laurylsulfate, K-tetradecylsulfate, Na-cetylsulfate eta) inhibited remarkably the acid agglutination reaction of BCG, while non-ionic ones such as “Tween 80” did not.
