Increase in Phosphate Adsorption by Nanocomposite Formation between LTA Zeolite and Goethite

LTA zeolite-goethite nanocomposite was successfully synthesized in the laboratory by a two step procedure. Phosphate adsorption was twice in the nanocomposite as it was in a simple mixture of the two minerals. Water, lead and cadmium adsorptions were the same on both samples.
