BECAUSE OF CONCENTRATION OF THE RECREATIONAL TRIPS, TRAFFIC JAM WELL OCCURED IN THE SIGHTSEEING AREAS. HOWEVER IT IS NOT WELL ARGUED WITH TEMPORAL DISTRIBUTION OF TRIP GENERATION ON THE INDIVIDUAL. FIRST, THIS PAPER FOCUSES ON THE FREQUENCY DISTRIBUTION OF EACH PERSON, AND APPLIES POISSON REGRESSION MODEL AND ORDERED-LOGISTICS LOGIT MODEL. SECOND, WE ANALYZE THE PATTERNS OF THE ANNUAL TRIP GENERATION WITH TRIP ATTRIBUTES; THE SOCIO ECONOMICS, THE NUMBER OF RECREATIONAL TRIP GENERATION AND SO ON. COMPOSED THESE TWO FACTORS, THIS PAPER FINALY PROPOSES THE NEW FORECAST PROCESS WHICH INDICATES THE TEMPORAL PEAK OF RECREATIONAL TRIP GENERATION.
