We analyzed human evaluation structure and its relation to physical elements consisting road landscape of arterial roads as looking ahead from the inside of a car. The experiments, which are classifying of photographs and slides evaluation by SD method were carried out. Main findings are as follows: (1) Classification of the photographs are done on the basis of some of the physical elements. (2) Factor analysis with semantic scales abstracts three common factors, that is, "attractiveness", "modernity" and "ease to drive". (3) The total evaluation or each factors has correlations with some of physical elements.
