Cap on locum costs saved £600m, says NHS Improvement

The NHS in England has saved over £600m (€670m; $730m) since caps on agency staff costs were introduced, says NHS Improvement.
In November 2015 a cap on the hourly rates paid for agency staff were introduced, after claims that the NHS had spent over £3bn on agency staff in 2014-15.
