Recently, there is a decrease in the younger of creative building experience. Drawing and building of creative education in infancy are important for the development of the human being. This time, we tried to construct a creative education environment with ICT for the purpose of targeting nursery age children. Therefore we suggest the development of a “handmade Interface” and “Multimedia Presentation System”. Then we inspected the effectiveness with a user experiment.
