A case of salivary calculi of the parotid gland was reported. The patient, 52-years old male, visited our clinic with chief complaint of left parotid gland swelling and pain.
The sialography revealed a intraductal stone. Seventeen days after his first visit of our clinic, the stone was excreted spontaneously, and the patient recovered completely.
Other reports on sialolithiasis were reviewed and discussed.
