We are enforcing "The Community Design Learning" for the basin of Nakagawa-river, Fukuoka-pref.. The purpose of this learning is thinking about the function of the river for rich life environment formation and making the new proposal. We proposed the river aquarium for the community design as the result of this learning. The 21st century is called "the century of the environment". However, the technology of "architecture" sometimes destroys the natural environment. The architectural education may have the aim which is opposite to the environmental education. We groped for the education that it united them. The goal of this learning is to bring up the engineer who is responsible for the environment.
