Abstract
The research on reliability importance of machining center can determine the influence weight of different subsystems on the reliability of the whole system and is an effective means to formulate the focus of reliability improvement. The failure occurrence rules of each subsystem of the machining center are different, and the reliability importance of the subsystem varies with time. In order to accurately analyze the importance of each subsystem, this paper constructs the reliability model of the whole machining center and subsystems based on Weibull model. Further, based on the series connection of subsystems, the reliability importance model of subsystems is constructed. Through the analysis of the importance curve, the dynamic ranking of subsystem reliability importance is finally obtained. This result points out the direction for the future reliability improvement.
