Abstract
In order to find out the degree to which communication equipment can be put into combat use and maintained in a near real combat environment, the evaluation of the operational applicability of communication equipment in service is carried out. This article comprehensively analyzes the key elements of operational suitability assessment and builds a parameter index system for combat suitability assessment. In order to avoid the defects of the subjective and objective weighting methods, a variety of subjective and objective weighting methods are introduced to determine the subjective and objective weights respectively. On this basis, the game theory is introduced to optimize the subjective and objective weight coefficients, and the comprehensive weight of the operational applicability parameters is determined, and a reasonable operational applicability evaluation conclusion is obtained, which provides a guarantee for the equipment participating in the test to better serve in the army.
