Abstract

According to the testing data for physical fitness of the national excellent youth female volleyball athletes who participated in the "National Excellent Youth Female Volleyball Training" from 2012 to 2019, the effective testing data for physical fitness of the national excellent youth female volleyball players from 2012 to 2019 were divided into groups in each year and each special position by means of information technology. Establish database based on the average number, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, sample size and other statics of reach jump(cm), standing long jump(cm), 30 meters’ running(s), “Mi” shape movement(s), solid ball throwing (cm), and 800 meters’ running (s), all together six indicators. In the meanwhile, this paper makes arrangement and comparison for the average number of the six physical indicators of female volleyball athletes in the years and groups by Excel software, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of physical quality of volleyball athletes systematically, reveals the physical characteristics of high-level reserved female volleyball talents, and provides theoretical basis for the reasonable selection of adolescent athletes as well as the improvement of the success rate of high-level reserved female volleyball talents and scientific training in the process of it.
