Abstract
According to the development requirements of space station manipulator platform force interaction system, a hardware-in-the-loop simulation verification system for force interaction system is designed, for better development of force interaction system control algorithm design and rapid verification. The system can complete the rapid prototype of motor servo control and the semi-physical simulation test of motor. The algorithm design, simulation and functional performance test of the force interaction system of the manipulator operating table of the space station have been completed by using the designed semi-physical simulation verification system. At present, this product has been applied in orbit and a series of on-orbit tests have been completed. The designed hardware-in-the-loop simulation system has good universality and expansibility, and can be applied to the algorithm design and simulation verification of other force interaction systems.
