Abstract
Ventilation system is one of the important systems to ensure the safe production of underground mines. If the fan in the ventilation system fails and is not diagnosed and repaired in time, it will cause damage to the ventilation facilities. According to this view, the retrospective calculation method for fan anomaly diagnosis is deduced by using the air flow theory and the air flow data monitored by the on-line monitoring system. Finally, the accuracy and reliability of the retrospective calculation method are verified by field tests. The results show that the tracing calculation method can uniquely determine the abnormal fan roadway; the calculation method is simple and easy to realize real-time on-line diagnosis.
