Abstract
Manned winch is an essential transportation equipment for coal mine production. Handbrake and crossbeam as the main load-bearing parts and braking parts, its reliability directly determines the working performance, working efficiency and safety performance of the equipment. This paper establishes the mechanical model of the brake belt, calculates the minimum braking force required by the handbrake, establishes the model of the handbrake adjusting rod and beam with the help of three-dimensional modeling software, and carries on the structural analysis in the finite element analysis software. The simulation results show that the safety factor of the handbrake adjustment lever is 3.66 under the maximum braking force, and the safety factor of the winch beam is greater than 2 when pulling and braking, which meets the strength requirements. The calculation verifies the safety and reliability of the design and provides engineering reference for the calculation and analysis of the winch brake system in the future.
