Abstract
In order to improve the heat dissipation performance of the rectangular cooling channel of the shearer electric control box, this paper proposes to add arc spoilers on the left and right walls of the rectangular channel. The heat transfer characteristics and flow characteristics of the spoiler block are explored through numerical calculation methods, and the influence of the ratio of the structural parameters of the spoiler (height h, radius R) to the channel width D on the fluid flow characteristics and heat transfer characteristics is studied by the control variable method. The research shows that when the spoiler radius ratio R/H=1, D/H =0.12, the comprehensive heat transfer efficiency of the rectangular flow channel is the highest.
