Abstract
Graphene materials prepared by traditional process have the disadvantages of grain boundary defects and uncontrollable parameters, which limit the application of graphene materials. However, laser processing technology has the advantages of no specific environmental conditions and can be combined with computer programming control. It can make up for the shortcomings of traditional technology and is of great significance to the production of graphene materials and graphene based electronic devices. In this paper, the research progress of laser reduction graphene oxide process in flexible electronic skin is reviewed, and its future development is prospected.
