Abstract
In order to realize the fast and accurate welding of automobile parts, a kind of automatic welding robot with simple structure, reliable performance and high control precision is designed in this paper, the selection and design of the main hardware in the control system are described in detail. The hardware part mainly includes the STC12C5A32AD single chip microcomputer as the control core, which uses the key input and the sensor to complete the system information collection, MCU control relay, solenoid valve on and off to achieve welding power, pneumatic components and other executive control. Liquid crystal display synchronous display machine running status.
