Abstract

Physical education is an important part of education and the carrier of education. Chi Jian, president of Beijing Sports University, put forward the basic concept of "returning sports to education", and the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Youth Sports" clearly pointed out: "Adolescents' health is an important part of a healthy China. It is the hope and source of Chinese competitive sports, and the foundation and guarantee for the realization of the Chinese dream. "In recent years, with the gradual enhancement of people's health awareness and the rapid development of the sports industry, sports majors in colleges and universities have also continued to emerge, and the number of enrollment has continued to increase, which has led to the cultivation of sports talents in high schools, and how to develop scientifically and sustainably. The cultivation of high school sports talents is a problem that the school has been researching and exploring.
