Abstract
Screen cleaning is one of the necessary safeguards for users' health. At present, it is mainly carried out by means of tissue wiping, with high labour intensity and low work efficiency. This paper presents a manual screen cleaning device, which includes cleaning liquid bottle mechanism, manual pressure spring throttle valve mechanism and cleaning roller. Disinfection water bottle mechanism adopts screw thread self-locking design. Hand pressure spring throttle valve controls cleaning fluid flow. According to the screen surface condition, the use of hand pressure valve stem to adjust the output flow of cleaning liquid in real time to ensure that the key difficult to clean areas effectively, not only improve the work efficiency, but also ensure the cleaning effect. Cleaning mechanism includes roller coating mechanism and scraper scraping mechanism, evenly spread cleaning liquid; Scraper to remove dirt; Scraper pressure can be adjusted; As the device works, the cleaning fluid is released onto a roller wrapped in a cleaning cloth, and as the device is pushed, the scraper scrapes away the stain and completes the cleaning. It solves the time-consuming and laborious problem of manual wiping the screen, and makes the screen cleaning more healthy, environmentally friendly and efficient.
