Abstract
Photobiology studies the interaction between the human body and light radiation. In particular, UV irradiance sources are increasingly being used to illuminate the human body to quantify the efficacy of drugs and cosmetics. For UV radiation, the spectral irradiance, non-uniformity and instability of the UV source are important characteristics. We propose a method to measure the spectral irradiance of UV sources. Experimental results show that this method can accurately measure the spectral irradiance, non-uniformity and instability of the UV source.
