Daich introduces SpreadStone

Daich introduces SpreadStone SpreadStone is a water-based, non-toxic, almost odorless decorative coating that is installed with a roller or trowel.

SpreadStone is a new pre-mixed blend of stone and high-performance polymers that can be applied to almost any existing surface by DIYers that has been introduced by Daich Coatings, a Canadian architectural coatings manufacturer based in Toronto.

Available through a retail network of more than 10,000 stores throughout the USA, SpreadStone is a water-based, non-toxic, almost odorless decorative coating that is installed with a roller or trowel. With simple techniques, homeowners and contractors alike can create the authentic appearance of natural stone and ceramic tile.

Unlike stone or tile, however, SpreadStone offers consumers a mix of economy and performance not otherwise available, according to the company. At a total cost per square foot of $1.25, SpreadStone is used both indoors and out, residentially and commercially, and was designed to stand up to foot traffic, hot tires, weather extremes, harsh UV rays, water, salt, chemicals, abrasion and impact.
