Abstract

Gebruder Netzsch announce a new bead agitator ball mill, called the Netzsch LM mill. It is a continuously operating mill with a horizontal position grinding chamber. The main purpose of this development was to first of all design a separator that would successfully separate beads as small as 0.25 mm dia from the ground material in a limited space grinding chamber. The second object was to remove the heat associated with limited space grinding with micro beads.
