Abstract

The educational administrator has had a difficult life in the last few years. If we consider, for example, the pressures exerted on the Directors of Polytechnics, we can see that such people require considerable talent and tact to cope with the situation — student troubles, economic pressures, the integration of Art Schools and Colleges of Education into Polytechnic structures all involve organizational problems of one sort or another.
