Eidschun Engineering announced that Colonial Circuits (Fredericksburg, VA) has ordered the EIDSCHUN E50 Drill Debris Remover. The Drill Debris Remover (DDR) is a horizontal band conveyor featuring a powerful overhead airknife positioned to remove drill debris from the holes of printed circuit boards. The removal of debris by dry air eliminates problems encountered by water rinsing systems which wet the hole and its contents, causing debris to coagulate and enabling loose fiber fragments to swell with moisture while entrapped within the hole.
