Investigates employee hire and managers involved in it. Gives guides to hiring employees ‐ especially the right ones for the right jobs! Itemizes eight steps that managers should take in the selection process and explains these in detail. Summarizes that the best way to determine what a person’s past performance has been is to use performance‐based questions and accurate, job‐related testing.
