In the title compound, C₁₄H₈N₂O₂, the oxazole ring systems are in a coplanar configuration. The length of the C-C bond between the benzoxazole units is 1.447 (3) Å. In the five-membered oxazole rings, C1-O = 1.345 (2) Å and C1-N = 1.289 (2) Å.
