Аннотация:
В монографии предложены отдельные подходы к решению проблем правового регулирования рынка труда, занятости. Выводы и итоговые рекомендации могут быть использованы в целях: совершенствования источников казахстанского трудового права; внедрения стандартов наемного труда стран ОЭСР в систему казахстанского права; выявления специфики трансформации стандартов ОЭСР во внутреннее право. Монография позволяет удовлетворить современный запрос государства, общества на качественное научное исследование процесса правового обеспечения новой социальной политики в Казахстане, соответствующей программным документам развития страны. Более того, исследование проведено на опережение, определяет отдельные перспективы развития казахстанского рынка труда с учетом изучения позитивного опыта государств ОЭСР.
