اثربخشی روان درمانی مثبت نگر بر رضایت مندی زناشویی، سبک عشق ورزی و شادکامی زوجین

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: عشق و رضایت زناشویی زمینه های هستند که در چگونگی رشد و بالندگی افراد و خانواده مؤثرند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی روان درمانی مثبت نگر بر رضایت مندی زناشویی، عشق ورزی و شادکامی زوجین بود.
روش و مواد: این پژوهش به صورت نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون و با گروه گواه انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی زوجین مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره در سطح شهر تهران بود که از این تعداد، 60 نفر با روش نمونه-گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و گواه، هر کدام 30 نفر تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش مداخله روان درمانی مثبت نگر را در هشت جلسه دریافت کردند ولی گروه گواه مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رضایت از زندگی زناشویی Enrich، پرسشنامه عشق ورزی Sternberg و شادکامی Oxford بود. تحلیل داده ها با روش های آمار توصیفی و تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره و نرم افزار SPSS-22 انجام شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان گروه آزمایش (8/4) 7/42 و در گروه گواه (6/4) 42 سال بود. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره رضایت زناشویی در پیش آزمون گروه آزمایش از (3/4) 8/46 به (2/6) 2/51 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0>P) اما نمرات رضایت زناشویی گروه گواه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوتی نداشت. نمره
عشق ورزی در پیش آزمون گروه آزمایش از (9/3) 1/33 در پیش آزمون به (1/5) 2/37 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0>P) اما نمره عشق ورزی گروه گواه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوتی نداشته است. همچنین میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمره شادکامی در پیش آزمون گروه آزمایش از (1/3) 9/38 به (1/4) 5/44 در پس آزمون افزایش یافت (001/0>P) اما نمره شادکامی گروه گواه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوتی نداشت.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که روان درمانی مثبت نگر منجر به افزایش رضایت زناشویی، شادکامی و بهبود عشق ورزی در بین زوجین شد.
