Author Biography

  • Paul Graves-Brown, Honorary Senior Research Associate, Institute of Archaeology, University College London

    Paul Graves-Brown trained as a prehistorian, but has been researching modern material culture since the early 1990s. Principal publications include the edited volumes Matter, Materiality and Modern Culture (Routledge 2000) and the Oxford Handbook of the Archaeology of the Contemporary World (2013). His current research focuses on tracing the idea of the future from the late 19th century to the present.
