Zusammenfassung
Im Mittelpunkt dieses Beitrags stehen die spezifischen Leistungen und Möglichkeiten qualitativ-naturalistischer Sozialforschung in der Erforschung von Kommunikation, ihren Störungen und deren Veränderung durch sprachtherapeutische Interventionen. Illustriert durch ausgewählte Beispielstudien werden vier Themenschwerpunkte qualitativer Sprachtherapieforschung – Leben mit kommunikativ-sprachlichen Beeinträchtigungen, ungestörte und beeinträchtigte Alltagskommunikation, Interaktion im Therapiealltag, Prozess- und Ergebnisevaluation – vorgestellt. Der Fokus der Diskussion liegt auf der Bedeutung und den Potenzialen des qualitativen Forschungsstils für die Entwicklung, Analyse und Evaluation sprachtherapeutischer Interventionen.
