Zorgverzekeraars Nederland (ZN) heeft samen met LOC Zeggenschap in Zorg en de Inspectie voor de Gezondheidszorg (IGZ) het kwaliteitsdocument voor de sector verpleging, verzorging en zorg thuis verbeterd. Instellingen in deze sector moeten vanaf 1 mei 2012 het kwaliteitsdocument 2012 gebruiken.
